The breakfast was unusual and super, it offered bread and cereals. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The room was spotless and offered with double bed and a newly refurbished bathroom, as for instance. The breakfast was well prepared and unusual with his eggs, the food was fantastic.

There was food to be needed.

Great location near the city and St Kildas. Convenient access to local amenities and tram into the city. Friendly and accommodating staff. Enjoyed having a pub downstairs for drinks and meals. Proximity to public transportation made getting around easy. Plenty of off-street parking available.

No elevator meant lugging heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. Room was small and not as depicted on the website.

The pub is great with an fantastic range of craft and main stream beers on tap. The food is very good. It has a coach house feel with fire places in the bar and dinning room. A welcome change to the usual hotels in that price range for a frequent traveller. Will be back.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was so easy to hop on public transportation and explore the city. Plus, having a variety of restaurants right outside the door made it simple to find a delicious meal. The best part was the lovely park just across the road. It was a peaceful oasis where we could relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Despite the many positives, there were a couple of downsides to our stay. The pillows could definitely use an upgrade as they were flat and hard, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The location was perfect for us to visit with family living in Middle Park. Loved the open fires -very welcoming in winter. Great food and great atmosphere in the bar.
